Tensile strength determines the bag's load-bearing capacity during lifting and hoisting, while tear resistance determines its durability during handling, stacking, and accidental scratching. High-density PP flat yarn, due to its densely packed molecular chains and high crystallinity, effectively disperses stress and slows crack propagation when subjected to external tension. Furthermore, the warp and weft in the woven structure restrain each other, preventing localized damage from propagating, creating a "crack-arresting" effect. Experimental data shows that woven fabrics made from high-density PP flat yarn can achieve a tensile strength exceeding 1000N per 50mm width, and its tear strength far exceeds that of ordinary woven materials, fully meeting international safety factor requirements for FIBCs (flexible bulk containers) (typically 5:1 or 6:1).

High-density PP material also offers excellent weather resistance and chemical stability. In addition to long-term outdoor use, combined with UV-resistant additives, the woven fabric maintains its mechanical properties even under intense sunlight, making it suitable for use in open environments such as construction sites and ports. Its resistance to common chemicals, such as acids, alkalis, and salts, also makes it widely used in the chemical and metallurgical industries. From an economic perspective, high-density PP woven fabric maintains high strength while remaining lightweight, reducing the transportation and storage costs of empty bags. Its reusability and recyclability also align with the trend toward green packaging.
